Welcome to South Tyneside Early Excellence Children’s Centre!

Here at the Centre, all staff are extremely aware of the huge impact that the learning environment has on both themselves and the children. On your tour around the Centre you will see that all rooms are divided into well-defined interest areas, relevant to the ages of the children in the room, and which accommodate many types of play. However, this environment hasn’t always looked like this, and it is important to remember that all staff have embarked on (and are still passengers on) an exciting, and sometimes scary journey! The environment that you see now has only been achieved through the hard work, commitment and dedication of the whole staff team. We hope you enjoy your tour!
