High/Scope UK Mission Statement

"The mission of High/Scope UK is to bring the High/Scope Approach to adults working with children from birth to adolescence through the provision of high quality support and nationally and internationally accredited training.

The High/Scope Approach is a research validated, practice based, educational process and philosophy. Through the development of positive attitudes to learning and social responsibility the Approach enhances the life skills of all children, from birth through to adolescence, and their families. Significantly the High/Scope Approach empowers those living on the margins of society for whom it brings opportunities and means for achieving personal success."
